After reading the first chapter of the Thomas L. Friedman" The World is Flat", I got much sence how the world is connected. I think the same way like the author that alot is going on that you do not know about. By reading this first chapter I know now that alot call center that I belived was here in the U.S are actualy located in India. I was so impressed that you can call customer service for your lost lugage and someone who is in India pick up your phone and help you looking for lugages that are here in the U.S. I was also supprised that some of the filing Taxes is done for Ameicans by companies located in India. I think that there are a lot of interesting thinks in the next chapters of this books that I am looking foward reading.
